Japanese Clothing Brand Uniqlo Launches In India

The retailer giant is set to open three stores in the capital city starting October

In a press preview held in the capital city on Wednesday, Japenese mega-brand Uniqlo announced its foray into the Indian market. Starting October, the brand’s first expansive store of 35,000 square feet finds a spot at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. The second and third UNIQLO stores will be located at DLF Place Saket and DLF CyberHub, respectively.



Uniqlo’s focus on high tech fabric and technology is widely popular around the globe. With Lifewear, the brand will aim to create clothing that meets the needs of everyone’s daily lifestyles. High-quality, highly functional, affordable and constantly evolving, LifeWear is designed to work for the Indian climate and provide thoughtful and timeless clothing available in a variety of colours and styles for people of all ages. The full range of LifeWear will be available for men, women and kids including the popular line of Uniqlo t-shirts. 





The brand is synonymous to lightweight fabrics.
