If there’s a brand for writing instruments that offer top-notch quality along with style, it’s William Penn. India’s leading brand for writing instruments is introducing two limited-edition offerings from Sailor and Noblia, with a common element between the two brands being the homage paid to Lord Ganesha.
Debuted in 2008 in India, Sailor is one of the most popular brands of writing instruments. The brand has introduced the ‘Om Shri Ganeshay Namah’ writing instrument, especially for Indian audiences, as a sign of gratitude to the country. Combining rich traditions and cultures, this limited-edition series comprises 108 pieces worldwide. Each numbered maki-e pen is an ode to Lord Ganesha, which is signed by master craftsman Isana Kobayashi.

The details of these limited-edition pens will leave you stunned. Every handcrafted ebonite pen is finished with a 21K solid gold KOP nib. The brand’s top-of-the-line oversized ‘King Of Pen’ nib is the result of the technology, quality, and writing excellence, while the exquisite detailing on the lustrous pen was created through a delicate process involving gold, silver, and brass powders.

Similarly, Noblia has presented a new series of expertly crafted fountain pens – with a tribute to Lord Ganesha. Conceptualized in Hong Kong, the limited-edition series serves as inspiration derived from Hindu mythology. The solid brass pens are adorned with images of the deity and feature inlaid Swarovski elements. Each writing instrument is finished with a stainless-steel, 24k gold-plated medium nib.

The pens are available in three versions: gold, silver, and rose gold. The gold pen is plated with 23K gold, the rose gold with 23K rose gold and the silver with silver.
The limited-edition pieces are available to shop at the William Penn website and in stores.
