We asked a few ladies and their answers might surprise you or not but it's good to give it a read

"I think oral hygiene, having clean teeth and good breath is important. It's the first thing I notice when you're having a conversation or standing too close to them. I will not be able to hold a conversation without contorting my face if he has bad breath." - Ruman Baig, Freelance Journalist and Content Strategist

"I want their beard to be clean and well-kept if they have facial hair. Who likes to see food getting stuck in your facial hair? Wash it and trim it and be careful when you're eating or drinking. I mean, beer froth on moustache, not what I signed up for." - Unnati Mishra, Fashion Designer

"I think foot hygiene is important; keep toenails clipped. Wash feet when coming to bed if not showering. And go for a pedicure once in a while." - Surina Sayal, Independent Writer and Editor

"Trim body hair regularly–ears, nose, underarms, chest– we just like it on your head and beard, and nowhere else." Tanvi Parekh, Journalist

"Bad breath is one big turn off. Be aware of it especially if you are a smoker. And of course body odour in general, keep a perfume handy, please." - Hena Desai, Brand Strategist

"Biting your nails. Not a fan of it, it's just not hygienic. Also, they must know about toilet seat etiquettes, can't emphasise enough" - Arnaz Ghumman, HR Professional

"Please cut your nails guys, none of us like men with long nails, we hate it." - Shivani Sharma, Team Leader

"Leaving wet towel on bed even if you're in hurry. It's just not hygienic, don't do it, please." - Akanksha Sharma, IT Professional

"The worst thing they do is re-wearing the same pair of socks the next day. How can you do it? I cannot imagine sharing bed with someone who wears soiled socks." - Diya Sharma, Music Teacher

"I don't know but not showering every day is a big turn off. How can you not shower when it's always so hot." - Shefali Bathla, Home Baker

"I always keep reminding my husband that taking care of noticeable hair growth in areas like the nose and ears is just part of staying well-groomed and looking sharp. It may seem like a small detail, but it really makes a big difference in keeping a clean and polished appearance." - Tanushree Banerjee, HR Professional
