The ideal time to have breakfast is between 7 to 9 AM.

We all enjoy an occasional glass of wine or catching up with friends over a beer, but sometimes, we tend to go overboard. It’s a known fact that alcohol is not good for your health for different reasons but it is also not good for your weight. Too much alcohol can leave you feeling bloated and unhealthy.
