And if you are in Shimla, you should definitely consider soaking in the vibrant cafe culture, where you can have a cup of hot buttered and Siddu, a local delicacy to keep you warm in the freezing cold. 

 

Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh 

Brace yourself for foggy sky and occasional blizzards in Tawang, a hidden gem of Arunachal Pradesh standing at an elevation of 3,048 metres, and merely 1600 km from the Chinese border.
