Another day, another Kanye West tweet. West’s topic of discussion this time was TikTok and his problems with the app.

 

TikTok has been going through its fair share problems, after being banned in India and America, but the app is now facing its biggest challenge yet — scrutiny by Mr West. While the two countries have blamed the app’s privacy policies as the main reason of concern, West’s problem is with the general content shared on the app.

He took to Twitter (of course he did) to share what he felt. He said that he “completely loved the technology”  but was “disturbed by a lot of the content.”

Kanye West’s solution? A brand new app called ‘Jesus Tok’ for true Christians. In a following tweet, he wrote: WE PRAY WE CAN COLLABORATE WITH TIK TOK TO MAKE A CHRISTIAN MONITORED VERSION THAT FEELS SAFE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND THE WORLD IN JESUS NAME AMEN.

Will Kanye West go through with it? Who knows. But we do have a suggestion for Ye, though. While ‘Jesus Tok’ is cool, we just think this is a missed opportunity to call the app ‘Ye Tok.’ Think about it, Mr West.
