After years of rumours and failed planning, Rihanna is finally coming to India, reportedly. 

Pinkvilla reported a source confirmed to a leading daily that the singer will be visiting India in October. She will perform in Mumbai on October 19 of this year, according to the report. “Yes, Rihanna will be coming to India for the first time this year and will be performing in Mumbai,” the source was quoted as saying.

Not a lot of international artists decide to add India as a stop on their tours. It seems like the only time an international singer comes to India, is to perform at a rich person’s wedding. The last international artist to perform at a concert in India was Ed Sheeran in 2018. 

The nine-time Grammy-winning singer has never been to India for a show before, but would definitely be welcomed as India does have a lot of Riri fans.

Rumours did erupt last year of the “Work” singer touring India, but they proved to be false. We’re hoping this time, it isn’t.
