BoJack Horseman has been making us laugh for the last four years now and we recently got news that the show will be renewed for another season. But, the creators have revealed a way in which you can be a part of the show as a whole new character.
Showrunner Raphael Bob-Waksberg took to Twitter to post a video on how you can be a drawn character in the show if you’re willing to donate to a good cause. “You’re gonna see how we make the show behind the scenes, you’re gonna meet all the people who put the show together and then at the end of it, we’re gonna draw a picture of you…as a character on the show. You’ll be a part of our show forever and your life will finally have meaning,” he said.
The fundraiser page also mentioned that the giveaway will include a meet-and-greet with the show’s creators, a stay in a Los Angeles hotel, a hoodie like the one Todd Chavez wears in the show and an autographed copy of an art book from Bojack. The number of your entries keeps increasing based on how much you donate. So, if you donate $25, 250 entries of your name will be sent and if you donate $50, 1000 entries will be sent, thus, increasing the chances of your name being selected.
The donations will be going to The California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund that will help with the recovery effort for the major Californian fire aftermath. The organisation’s aim is to use the money to help re-build homes, provide basic needs assistance, mental health services, financial assistance, providing medical equipment, etc. If you want to donate, you do it here.
