World AIDS Day 2017: 5 Bollywood Films That Raise HIV Awareness

The goal is to create so much awareness about the disease, that we eradicate it completely.

Today is World AIDS Day, and we really think it is a day to promote safe sex, and fight the stigma attached to the disease. People who are HIV+ need to be taken care of, and the disease doesn’t spread by touching or hugging. It can only be spread by unprotected sex and sharing contaminated needles.

The goal is to create so much awareness about the disease, that we eradicate it completely. A lot of inspiration can be taken against the fight against Polio, with volunteers administering Pulse Polio drops to children across the country.

It’s a tough battle to fight, but these films will at least help you have empathy for those afflicted with the disease.
