Hublot is the first watchmaker to ever associate itself with the game of cricket

2018 was the year of the FIFA World Cup, but 2019 is all about cricket. The ICC World Cup 2019 started off in all its glory and pomp. 

 

Hublot is the first ever watch brand to be associated in this way with the ICC and released an official Classic Fusion Chronograph ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 watch to honour that. They will time every 48-over match, from the opening game to the finale on July 14. CEO of Hublot, Ricardo Guadalupe said, “Hublot is so proud to be the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of the ICC Cricket WorldCup 2019. Cricket is one of the world’s most popular sports. In 2010, Hublot became the Official Timekeeper to the FIFA World Cup and recently associated themselves with the world of cricket too. They begin this partnership in 2015 with the Cricket World Cup and in 2016 became the Official Timekeeper of the ICC World Twenty20, and the ICC Champions Trophy and the Women’s Cricket World Cup in 2017, making them the first watchmaker to ever associate itself with the game of cricket.
