The search for 28-year-old Argentinian footballer is finally over.
The wreckage of the small plane carrying the Argentine soccer striker Emiliano Sala and his pilot, David Ibbotson, has been found in the English Channel after aircraft’s seat cushions were discovered on a French beach. The aeroplane disappeared over the English Channel, departing from Nantes, and was headed for Cardiff.
According to shipwreck specialist who made the discovery, it is possible that footballer’s body along with the pilot is among the debris.
