Well, orgasms are one of the best things about existence, but popular notion says that while women have the ability to have multiple orgasms in a single session, men have to contend with just one. Thankfully for us men, this notion is not entirely true.

Sexologists say that a orgasm may not necessarily be followed by ejaculation, if you learn some self-control. Orgasms occur a few seconds before you ejaculate, and if you can tighten your pelvic floor muscles (the same muscles used when you urinate) at the right time, you can reach orgasm without releasing semen.

It’s not something that can be achieved in the first try, so don’t feel bad if you fail. Try it a few more times, and you’ll know exactly how to let the pleasure flow through your body without ejaculating. And when you do actually decide to ejaculate, it’ll feel a lot more intense.

To increase your chances of achieving this, you should do kegel exercises.

It’s pretty simple, and you can do it while travelling, at work, in a meeting or while sleeping. First, you have to figure out the muscles you are using while urinating. If you don’t know, then try holding your urine the next time you pee. The muscle that you use to control your peeing, are the same muscles you need to strengthen. So the next time you feel like you have nothing good to do, contract these muscles and hold the contraction for as much time as you can. Then, release it. Repeat this 10 times, and with enough practice (a few weeks, maybe), you’ll learn how to control these muscles with ease while having sex.
