Hardik Pandya’s performance with the bat and ball might not have been up to his own standards in the recently concluded India’s tour of South Africa, but we’re sure that the all-rounder will bounce back with flying colours. He has shown that he is made fine steel, and can keep his composure when the team around him is falling apart like nine pins.

Recently, Hardik Pandya was spotted with Elli Avram at Mumbai airport, where he was clicked bidding goodbye to the Mickey Virus actress. This has sent the rumour mills spinning, and everyone’s speculating about what their relationship status is. You can see the photos, and decide for yourself.

Previously, many cricketers and actresses have married each other, and we wonder what is so compatible about the two professions. So without further ado, let’s take a look at some such couples and their love stories.

Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge

The couple got married in November last year, and the duo look truly made for each other. While Zaheer Khan is well known for his swing bowling and ability to deliver yorkers on will, Sagarika is best known for her role as Preeti Sabharwal in Chak De India.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma

There are many reasons why Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma give us relationship goals, and the couple got married in a grand ceremony in Italy some time back. “Today we have promised each other to be bound in love for ever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey,” Virat Kohli posted on his Instagram page shortly after the wedding.

Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech

Yuvraj Singh is known for his skills with the bat, battling with cancer, being awarded the player of the series in the 2011 World Cup and hitting six sixes off Stuart Broad in a T20I match. Hazel Keech on the other hand has starred in South Indian films, and featured in the song Aa Ante Amalapuram from the movie Maximum. The couple have even appeared together in a Comedy Nights With Kapil episode, and you can see from their chemistry that theirs is a match made in heaven.

Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra

The Turbanator got married to Geeta Basra on 29 October 2015, and their relationship has been going strong ever since. After the marriage, the couple gave an interview to The Times Of India in which Geeta said, “It’s been one hell of a week and by the end of it, we were totally exhausted but didn’t want it to end because everyone was together — friends and family — after years. I think my entire family came together after 25 years.”
