Fashion designer Rahul Mishra is set to partner with Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) to create a new ready-to-wear brand.

The corporate giant and the design house will be launching the new ready-to-wear label in a 60:40 joint venture. The brand will grow both vertically and horizontally to cross-pollinate creativity in the fields of accessories, footwear, home, beauty, and jewellery for a worldwide audience. Mishra will serve as the Creative Director of the new brand.

Mishra was the first Indian to win the coveted Woolmark Prize at Milan Fashion Week and the first Indian designer to be invited to the Paris Fashion Week. His aesthetic of marrying his Indian
heritage with European cuts and tailoring is well known. The designer has also established a strong international footprint with his products being available at some of the best stores across the world, including Colette in Paris, 10 Corso Como in Milan, Harvey Nichols in London, Saks Fifth Avenue in New York, David Jones in Australia, Joyce in China, as well as on online platforms like Moda Operandi and Farfetch.
