Inspired by wilderness, water and adventure, the Captain Cook High-Tech Ceramic Diver embodies the Rado DNA beautifully. Available in six different models featuring 43mm high-tech ceramic cases, the new edition is equipped with 80 hours of power reserve and water resistance to strict ISO 6425 specifications. Inside the watch lies the reliable Rado R763 movement with an antimagnetic NivachronTM hairspring. The dial available in black, sunray grey, blue and matt olive is beautifully engineered and houses the Captain Cook signature date window at 3 o’ clock with red numbers. The models are available in rubber strap or high-tech ceramic-bracelet options.

The next launch of the evening was the Captain Cook Over-Pole–a timepiece dedicated to explorers and adventurers. Inspired by an iconic model “Over-Pole Worldtimer” from the Sixties, this is a modern interpretation of the vintage classic. These modern additions include a high-tech ceramic insert added to the bezel, laser engraving and a box-shaped sapphire crystal. Despite its contemporary aesthetics, the watch retains its true vintage essentials with it’s the 37mm case size.

The 2022 version comes in a polished stainless-steel case that features some vintage reminders like the inward-sloping bezel with city names and the classic red date-numeral at 3 o’clock. Beating inside the heart of the watch is the Rado Calibre R862 manual winding movement that clocks in a power reserve of 80 hours. Limited to just 1,962 pieces, the timepiece is delivered in a stylish brown pouch with a second bracelet, in rice-grain-style stainless steel, quickly interchangeable for a different look, thanks to the EasyClip system.
