Kylie Jenner is expecting a second child with rapper Travis Scott.&nbsp;This time around, the star has let the public in on the secret and decided to announce the pregnancy on social media.The 24-year-old took to Instagram to share the news in a minute-and-a-half video, in which she first finds out she is pregnant before heading to the doctors with her daughter and the father, with a few shots of her family’s reaction.In the video are also shots of Jenner at her recent 24th birthday party, spent in a relatively low-key fashion by a candlelit poolside.She can also be seen flaunting her baby bump in a black cut-out outfit.
