3) Fikayo Tomori
Tomori is on loan at AC Milan, and has a loan-to-buy clause attached to it. He has had a breakthrough season with them, and has been a mainstay of their playing XI. With England having two main center backs and the others looking shaky at the back, his exclusion comes as a huge surprise l, and has the pace and the potential to solve the defensive errors that England makes.
2) James Madison
James Madison has been a revelation for Leicester City and the England team in the past couple of years. He has been one of the best-attacking midfielders in the Premier League, and has been driving defenders crazy with his impossible passes, as well as his tricks and skill. His exclusion might have been because he just returned from injury, but a match fit James Maddinson is dangerous for any opposition.
1) Patrick Bamford
Patrick Bamford has been the find of the season for the premier league, and has been scoring goals for fun for Leeds United. He has been their top scorer this season with 17 goals and has added assists and play-making to his game. His exclusion is unjustified and could have been a very lethal asset for the England team as his shot conversation ratio is simply magnificent.
