Sir Jack HobbsSir Jack Hobbs was a right-handed English cricketer and is considered as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket. He played in 41 Ashes Tests between 1908 and 1930, scoring a total of 3,636 runs at an average of 54.26. He scored 12 centuries and 17 fifties in the Ashes.

Allan BorderAllan Border was an Australian cricketer who played in 47 Ashes Tests between 1978 and 1994, scoring a total of 3,222 runs at an average of 55.03. He scored 10 centuries and 15 fifties in the Ashes.
