Cristiano Ronaldo has been among the fittest athletes in the world for over a decade now. The journey from a chubby kid in Madeira to the world's fittest sportsperson is built on immense dedication and discipline.

Now playing far away from the glitz of European football in Saudi Arabia, Ronaldo could have cut some slack. But he is still as focused towards his fitness as he has ever been, as revealed by Al-Nassr nutritionist Jose Blesa.

Ronaldo understands the importance of a good diet along with a good workout. His diet includes lots of fish, steaks, salads, and dry fruits. Bacalhau a Braz is his favourite dish.

Ronaldo hates alcohol, and coke, and he never smokes. For breakfast, he prefers egg, low-fat Yoghurt, Avocado, and fruit juice.

Al-Nassr's chief nutritionist Jose Blesa revealed that the fitness standard of the club has shot up massively after the arrival of Ronaldo. Players are inspired by his work ethic and have started working hard in the gym.

The nutritionist revealed that Ronaldo is always the first to enter the gym, and leaves it after everyone else, thus setting a great example for the players.

Other than sweating out profusely on a daily basis, Ronaldo always wears a smart ring and bracelet to track his fitness. The smart ring measures blood pressure, respiratory rate, body temperature and tracks the sleep cycle.
